Dear colleagues,
Dorothy is presently making arrangements for the transfer of the first
installment (40% of total budget) of the budget to each partner as agreed
in the grant agreement. Your university will be receiving the allocated
funds in the coming days. I suggest each partner will have a look at the
budget allocated to him/her under each section and how this should be
spent; please note that we are allowed a maximum of 10% transfer from one
section of the budget to another. Kindly ensure that you keep the original
receipts of any expenses incurred in connection with the project and that
any expenses made should be as projected in the budget. If you have any
